Team Alice is new to the Arizona Down Syndrome Network. Alice moved from Texas to Arizona when our Mother, her lifelong caregiver, passed away in 2021. My wife and I are now Alice’s permanent guardians. God bless the Down Syndrome Network for their advocacy on behalf of the Down Syndrome community, and their efforts to finally have Down Syndrome recognized by the DDD as a qualifying disability for those in need of DDD assistance. Our sincerest appreciation to all of the teams who are supporting the efforts of DSN, and those who are very generously supporting the Down Syndrome Community.
DSNetwork organizes an annual fundraising walk to benefit the vast array of services and programs for individuals with Down syndrome. 100% of the proceeds fund the mission of Down Syndrome Network to educate, advocate and support those touched by Down syndrome. In partnership with the ASU Homecoming parade, DSNetwork leads the parade with over 1500 individuals to show support and increase community awareness about Down syndrome. Please join us on Saturday, November 19.
